A Brief About Us NLV Attorneys is a black owned firm that specialises in indirect tax, specifically Customs and Excise matters and Value Added Tax (“VAT”) on cross border trasactions. We also provide legal opinions on Customs matters to clients of all levels in Customs and Excise supply chain. We assist clients with due diligence investigations and compliance reviews. We offer legal services to clients at all levels of the Customs and Excise supply chain, including importers, exporters, clearing agents, manufacturers and diesel rebate users. We assist client with their disputes with National Consumer Commission (“NCC”) in relation to labelling requirements on imported goods.
